Do we need to pay when we book?

No. Reserve your tour in advance and pay on the day.

What happens if our cruise ship doesn't visit Port Vila?

If your ship doesn't call into Port Vila, you won't have paid for the tour, so there's no tour payment to refund.

Will we get back to our cruise ship in time?

Yes. We plan your private day around your ship’s schedule and confirm the last tender time on the day. We also plan the itinerary so you make your way back towards Port Vila as the day progresses, allowing plenty of time to return to the tender wharf before departure. answer to this item.

Where will you meet us?

Your Port Vila Tours guide will meet you just outside the cruise tender pontoon gates. After exiting the gates, turn right towards the Zegos side. Your guide will be wearing a navy Port Vila Tours polo shirt and holding a sign with your name. Full meeting instructions and contact details will also be provided before your tour.

How long is the experience?

Approximately six hours. We adjust timing where required to suit cruise schedules.

How many guests are included?

The AU$999 private tour includes up to four guests. Up to four additional guests can be added for AU$149 per person, for a maximum group size of eight.

Do we need to be experienced snorkelers?

No. Your private snorkelling experience includes a professional guide and snorkelling equipment. Let us know when booking if anyone in your group isn't a confident swimmer.

Can children join?

Yes. Families are welcome. Let us know the children's ages when booking so we can prepare appropriately.

What should we bring?

We recommend swimwear, comfortable clothing, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat and your camera. Snorkelling equipment is provided.
